Acer Rubrum Sun Valley Tree

The Acer rubrum ‘Sun Valley’ Tree more commonly known as the Scarlett Maple Tree is a medium-sized deciduous tree. This variety has dark green lobed leaves before turning to a fiery red in the Autumn. The stems on emerging leaves are often tinged red.

The Scarlett Maple Tree has a flame-like shape and an ovate crown. This variety is hardy and will thrive in most soil types. The Acer rubrum ‘Sun Valley’ is best planted in a full sun or partially shaded location.
