Apple Golden Delicious Tree

Apple Golden Delicious is a variety of apple tree, producing a crop of golden, greenish yellow apples with a sweet taste once they have ripened fully. Vibrant, green foliage is accompanied throughout spring by a profusion of ruffled blooms in shades of white tinged with pale pink. After the blossoms have gone, Golden Delicious apples will begin to grow and ripen, ready from harvest from around September onwards.

Golden Delicious apples are an incredibly popular variety for eating straight from harvest, but also for use in cooking. Although this variety is not the easiest to grow, it is perfect for fans of gardening and growing fruit to add an extra challenge. Golden delicious is excellent for growing with other varieties, and it will grow particularly well in milder parts of the UK.
