Apple Jonagold Tree

Apple Jonagold is a versatile variety of apple tree, producing a crop of red flushed apples with a sweet taste and crisp, juicy flesh. Vibrant, green foliage is accompanied throughout spring by a profusion of ruffled blooms in shades of white tinged with pale pink. After the blossoms have gone, Jonagold apples will begin to grow and ripen, ready from harvest from around September onwards.

Jonagold apples are flushed with red and beautifully crisp and sweet, even when picked straight from the plant. These apples are also fabulous for making apple juice and cider or using in recipes and desserts. These apple trees make fabulous outdoor plants for fans of gardening who are interested in growing their own fruit – perfect for growing in sunny borders or a patio plant pot.
