Cornus βPorlockβ is a breed of Flowering Dogwood, well known for being a hardy and easy to grow cultivar. This species is noted for its deep green foliage, changing with the seasons to end up as a bright pink in the Autumn months. Tiny purple-green flowers emerge above the foliage surrounded by large white bracts which also shift and change with the seasons, gaining a red-pink hue as the year wears on.
A low maintenance, easy to grow tree. Plant in moist, well-drained soil and keep in full or partial sun. The foliage is susceptible to leaf scorch under full sun during the warm Summer months in some climates.
