Lonicera X Brownii Dropmore Scarlet (9cm)

‘Dropmore Scarlet’ is a beautiful breed of honeysuckle popular for its vibrant colours and hardiness. A tough deciduous to semi-evergreen climber with grey-green foliage and panicles of long trumpet shaped red and orange flowers, which bloom around mid-Summer and last all the way through to the Autumn. This shrub will grow quite quickly, creating long trailing vines that may be trained on fences, trellises or walls.

For optimal growth plant in fertile, humus-rich, well-drained soil. Keep soil moist but be careful not to overwater. Prune annually after flowering to promote fresh growth and prevent sparse areas.
