Me Red Peach Tree

Prunus persica ‘Me Red’ is a mid-season dwarf peach tree which has been adapted for patio container growing. These red skinned fruits have a firm but juicy yellow flesh that is refreshingly sweet.

In Spring the branches of the Prunus persica ‘Me Red’ is accommodated by a beautiful pink blossom. Its compact growing habit make it a perfect plant for an area where space is limited.

The Prunus persica ‘Me Red’ prefers loose and fertile soils, as well as a sunny position with partial ventilation, keeping the plant sheltered in the colder months.

Peach trees should only be pruned in the Summer months to decrease the risk of bacterial infections. Dwarf peach trees will only need occasional pruning to remove injured, badly placed or diseased wood.
