Characteristics: Clump-forming perennial. Upright, pink-red stems will be ready to harvest in Spring through to Autumn, joined by bright green, wrinkled foliage. Cream flowers will add further interest from Summer into Autumn.
Growth and Spread: Ultimate height of 0.6m and ultimate spread of 1.2m.
Period of Interest: Stems of Rhubarb and bright green foliage grow from Spring – Autumn. Cream flowers then appear from Summer into Autumn.

Our Rheum rhabarbarum Glaskin’s Perpetual is a clump-forming perennial plant. Pink-red stems will begin to grow in Spring right through to Autumn, creating tasty, edible Rhubarb. The plants foliage is bright green, wrinkled and will begin to form from Spring also. This upright perennial will then produce lovely, cream flowers from Summer into Autumn. You can easily include Rhubarb in a variety of meals, including sauces, jams, pies and more.
