Tillandsia Oerstediana

Tillandsia oerstediana is a houseplant that provides a bright, long-lasting flowerspike. This plant has evergreen foliage that will give off a lovely green colour all-year-round. The leaves are accompanied by an effective central stem that grows small pink Summer flowers and eye-catching yellow bracts. This Bromeliad is ideal to grow in your home or office and will fill a space well as it reaches an ultimate height of 0.6m and spread of 0.4m.

Tillandsias are easy to care for. They will appreciate an area of partial shade to sit in. Being tolerant to moist soil types makes any repotting process simple. Water the plant so its soil is kept moist and well-drained, whilst also ensuring the plant receives a regular mist during Summer.
