Walnut Tree

This gorgeous Walnut tree is a Juglans regia – a deciduous fruit tree that grows spherical green fruit with edible kernels inside, which will be ready to pick in Autumn. Each piece of fruit will open up to reveal healthy, brown-coloured kernel. The trees foliage is a year-round feature, except in Winter when it falls away in time for fresh growth in Spring. The overall tree growth will go on to reach a height above 12m and spread of over 8m.

This variety is an MM106, making it a great orchard sized tree for your garden. It should be placed in full sunlight and can be grown in most soil types as long as they are kept moist and well-drained. This Juglans is also fully hardy and will be a stunning addition when given a large enough space to encompass its full growth.
